I’ve never liked Final Fantasy XII. I don’t know why but everytime I tried to play it, something made me want to drop the game. And I’m very biased when it comes to Final Fantasy. There is a little chance for me to not like any of the games. Yet, I can’t seem to like XII. Well, I’ll give it a chance someday again.

Back to the point: Even though I can’t like XII, I actually like Balthier and Fran very much. I can play the game only for them. Yeah, I need to give it another shot.

I fell in love with Final Fantasy VI. Because it’s a story about finding the meaning of your life. These people made sense of their meaningless life. They managed to leave the past behind and look forward. Yes, they saved the world but more importantly they saved themselves.
